Anne Neal's daughter Kristin Fast and her husband Shane moved to east St.
Louis to start their urban ministry. God has called them to build a
life and a family while they minister to inner-City youth.
The mission of Rebirth: East St. Louis is to share the hope of Jesus Christ with the youth of East St. Louis, that they may mature into men and women of God who will be leaders in their community.
