Welcome to our Relationship Ministry

The purpose of the Southminster Relationship Ministry is to empower all God’s children through nurture and fellowship to be bonded as one in Christ. 

Julia Wallace  is a church elder and leads this Ministry. 

The committees under the Relationship Ministry include:

Fellowship   The Fellowship Ministry hosts receptions for special events in the life of the Church, provides food for families in special events like births, hospitalization, and deaths.   They also host a couple of fun dinners during the year. 

Women's Fellowship  Organizes special activities during the year designed especially for women such as Bible Study, Women's Circle, participation in the Women of Faith Conference, etc. 

Men's Fellowship Organizes special activities during the year designed especially for men such as Bible Study, participation in the Men of Faith conference, summer golf outings, etc. 

College Ministry   Organizes four "CARE PACKAGES" a year to college student members of the church to let them know we care about them.

Fall Retreat   Plans and implements the annual Church Retreat each Fall.

Fall Festival   Plans and implements the annual October event commemorating the Southminster's anniversary. 

Connections  Connections is the Wednesday evening meal and fellowship for families.  The Relationship Ministry coordinates all ministries of the Church to implement this program.
